Join Kristin Bagley, Certified Health/Fitness Specialist and Licensed Physical Therapist, for a fun, safe and effective workout. punch cards are available from 1 to 20 classes, so you can come during the 10 week session as your schedule allows Please bring a mat, water bottle and a set of hand weights to class.
